China's Yili Buys New Zealand's Westland Co-operative Dairy for USD159.3 Million
(Yicai Global) Aug 2 -- A unit of Chinese dairy gaint Yili Industrial Group has acquired Westland Co-operative Dairy, New Zealand's second-largest dairy co-op, for NZD243.7 million (USD159.3 million), the Hohhot-headquartered buyer announced.
