(Yicai Global) June 19 -- China's electricity consumption rose 4.6 percent to 592.6 billion kilowatt-hours in May from a year ago, the National Energy Administration said today.
From January to May, usage fell 2.8 percent to 2.72 trillion KWh from a year earlier.
