(Yicai Global) June 4 -- China will continue to upgrade economic and trade cooperation zones in Africa to help their host countries' industrialization, job creation and expansion of exports.
It will also set up more such cooperation zones in accordance with host country wishes, added Qian Keming, vice minister of China's Commerce Ministry, speaking at a news conference today.
These cooperation zones have created more than 40,000 local jobs as well as generating nearly USD1.1 billion in tax revenue, he said.
