China to Raise Anti-Dumping Duty for EU, US Alloy Seamless Steel Pipes

(Yicai Global) June 14 -- China's commerce ministry has increased the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to alloy seamless steel pipes from the US and EU, with a rate of between 57.9 percent and 147.8 percent following a final review.

China decided to impose duties on alloy seamless steel pipes for high-temperature and pressure services from the US and the EU from May 10, 2014, for a period of five years. The applicable anti-dumping tax rate in the United States is 14.1 percent and the EU rate is between 13.0 percent and 13.2 percent.
