(Yicai  Global) Dec. 18 -- China's television production adopted a planned  economy model in the 1980s and 1990s with only state-backed enterprises  and a small number of joint ventures able to obtain manufacturing  licenses in the industry.

Skyworth  received a number of original equipment manufacturing orders from  state-backed enterprises through Mitisystem, which held a license, and  then we wanted to develop our own brand later.

China  adopted a looser policy after Deng Xiaoping's landmark speech during  his southern tour in 1993. We finally secured approvals from the  industry ministry Shenzhen municipal government after years of trying  and started our own brand from grew into a first class company in China  and rose to fifth globally!

Skyworth  would not exist without the economic reform. We sincerely appreciate  our country's opening-up along with the opportunity to take an important  place in history.
