(Yicai Global) Nov. 16 -- China's Stock Markets bobbed up from a low opening in morning trading, with the performance of main indexes a mixed bag as the Shanghai market closed down, while Shenzhen closed higher.

The liquor and beverage and insurance sectors delivered the strongest showings, with both up more than 2 percent at the lunch bell, as the number of sectors rising and falling balanced each other as if choreographed.

Ferrous metal was the sick man of the morning, closing 1.05 percent lower. Coal scuttled and oil slopped down to 0.97 percent, while banking was robbed of 0.86 percent.

The Shanghai Composite Index sidled down 0.10 percent to 3,399.10 points at the intermission, with CNY113.7 billion (USD22.31 billion) flipped. The Shenzhen Component Index tipped up 11,492.87 points, to end up 0.27 percent, with turnover of CNY144.4 billion. The Growth Enterprise Index blossomed 0.18 percent to 1,871.50 points, with CNY36.29 billion swapped.
