(Yicai Global) March 27 -- So-Young International, a Chinese medical aesthetics platform, has formed a new unit with CNY100 million (USD14 million) in registered capital to build an internet hospital in southwestern China's Chengdu, according to corporate information platform Tianyancha.

The unit's business scope includes a range of medical branches such as obstetrics, surgery, psychiatry, traditional Chinese medicine, and telemedicine. 

Last year, So-Young's revenue rose by 87 percent to CNY1.2 billion (USD169.7 million), its earnings report shows.
