(Yicai Global) Nov. 14 -- Beijing Sinnet Technology Co. [SHE:300383], which engages in the provision of integrated internet services, will purchase specific operating assets related to the cloud services based on the Amazon technologies for CNY2 billion (USD301 million) to enhance the security and service quality of its AWS Cloud service.

Sinnet has signed a framework agreement on 'asset sale by installments' with Amazon Connect Technology Services (Beijing) Co. to continuously provide and operate cloud services based on the Amazon cloud technologies, said a statement from Sinnet yesterday.

The A-share listed company has been authorized to provide and operate Amazon cloud technologies and relevant services (AWS Cloud Service) in Beijing, it said.
