(Yicai Global) Nov. 14 -- China's consumer goods sales expanded at the slowest rate for six months in October.
Consumer goods sales reached CNY3.8 trillion (USD541.1 billion), rising 7.2 percent from a year ago but 0.6 percentage point less than in September, the National Bureau of Statistics said in a statement today.
During the first 10 months, retail sales climbed by 8.1 percent, which was 0.2 point more than what the findings of the Yicai Chief Economist Survey predicted.
