(Yicai Global) Dec. 15 -- Growth in China's extraction of crude oil sputtered last month, increasing by a mere 1.2 percent per year to 15.96 million tons last month, as against October’s 1.4 percent rise, data the National Bureau of Statistics released today show.
China imported 45.36 million tons of crude in the month, down 0.8 percent on the year.
From January to November, China extracted 180 million tons of crude oil, up 1.6 percent from the same period last year, and imported 500 million tons, up 9.5 percent, per the data.
