(Yicai Global) March 6 -- China postal and delivery services are expected to fully recover from the onslaught of the novel coronavirus and resume full operations by mid-March, except for in the virus epicenter of Hubei province, the State Post Bureau announced today.
Nearly 3 million staff have returned to work by now in the sector, making up 90.2 percent of the workforce. They are delivering 160 million packages per day as capacity reaches 80 percent of normal, Liu Jun, the bureau's deputy director, said at the press conference.
