(Yicai Global) May 11 -- China's new energy vehicle sales fell almost 27 percent to 72,000 units last month from a year ago, according to the data released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers today. Output slumped by 22 percent to 80,000 units.
From January to April, NEV sales declined by 45 percent to 205,000 units from a year ago. Production narrowed by 43 percent to a similar figure.
