Chinese solar and wind power firms are already the best in the world in many aspects, said Zhu Gongshan, chair at new energy equipment producer GCL Group Holdings. The next challenge is energy storage, which involves materials and equipment. Good progress will be made in energy storage within two to three years and the goals of energy transition and 'dual carbon' are definitely achievable, he said.

China Electronics Cloud, a network and information tech platform, is unswervingly walking the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, said Ma Jin, executive president of the cloud services supplier.
