(Yicai Global) March 31 -- Telecoms provider China Mobile has dished out CNY37.1 billion (USD5.2 billion) worth of contracts to build over 232,000 base stations for fifth-generation networks to compatriots Huawei and ZTE, and Sweden's Ericsson.
Huawei won the lion's share, landing 132,787 stations worth CNY21.4 billion (USD3 billion), Securities Times reported today. ZTE won 66,653 of the total 232,143 stations, which cover 28 provincial-level regions in China.
