China Minsheng Banking Executive Is Under Investigation(Yicai Global) Aug. 23 -- Lin Xiaoxuan, chief information officer of China Minsheng Banking Corp. (CMB) [SHA:600016; HK:1988], is undergoing investigation for suspected serious disciplinary violations, China's banking regulator said.
Per public information, Lin, 52, is chief information officer at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. (ICBC) [SHA:601398; HK:1398]. He was appointed vice president of Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. [SHA:601288; HK:1288] in June 2015 before joining CMB in January 2017.
The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) announced Lin's investigation in a brief statement yesterday.
