(Yicai Global) Oct. 30 -- China's mainland stocks closed lower today, while tech sector shares crept back a bit in the afternoon after the roller-coaster ride blockchain-related firms have experienced this week.
The Shanghai Composite Index closed 0.5 of a percent down at 2,939.32. The Shenzhen Component Index ended at 9,681.54, down 0.66 of a percent, and the ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, dropped 0.15 of a percent to 1,684.08 at the finish.
