(Yicai Global) July 9 -- China's mainland stock markets revived from a decline to close mixed in the afternoon, with small caps in Shenzhen performing better overall than the rest.
The Shanghai Composite Index closed 0.17 percent lower at 2,928.23. The Shenzhen Component Index wound up at 9,198.79, up 0.14 percent, while the ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, nosed up 0.74 percent to 1,517.79.
