(Yicai Global) April 19 -- Stock markets on the Chinese mainland started flat today after ending two straight days of gains yesterday. The Shanghai Composite Index opened on par with yesterday's close at 3,250.15, while the Shenzhen Component Index began 0.07 percent lower at 10,280.34. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, was barely unchanged at 1,704.72.
