(Yicai Global) Dec. 23 -- Large manufacturers in China will likely increase their production by 5.6 percent this year while shaving 3 percent off their average energy costs, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said today.

Average annual revenue among software and information technology services providers will gain around 15 percent, while telecom and internet firms will boost income by 20 percent, the ministry said at its annual meeting in Beijing.
