(Yicai Global) March 12 -- China has ended its trade restrictions on imports of toluene diisocyanate, used for the production of polyurethane foam, from the EU, after the commerce ministry did not receive any applications to review the expiry of measures, which came to an end on March 13.
The Chinese government first brought in the restrictions in March 2013 with an implementation period of five years.
The commerce ministry announced in September last year that the above-mentioned anti-dumping measures would expire in March, and called on domestic industries and relevant organizations to submit applications for a review of the expiry within 60 days.
