(Yicai Global) Jan. 18 -- China’s inflation-adjusted disposable income per capita increased 2.1 percent in 2020 from the year before, according to the latest data.
Chinese residents had an average disposable income of CNY32,189 (USD4,960) last year, the National Bureau of Statistics announced today. Without adjusting for inflation, this was a nominal increase of 4.7 percent from 2019.
Average spending per capita was CNY21,210 (USD3,268), a decrease of 4 percent when taking into account inflation and a nominal decrease of 1.6 percent, it added.
