(Yicai Global) April 18 -- A unit of Turkish conglomerate Limak Holding has awarded China CAMC Engineering with a contract to build a EUR140 million (USD158.3 million) urban residential and business center in Macedonia's capital Skopje. 

CAMC Engineering and Limak Doo Skopje penned the agreement which involves homes, offices and shopping malls in the city in southeastern Europe, the Beijing-based firm said in a statement. The implementation of the project depends on finding financing, it added. 

The deal would help the Chinese infrastructure contractor expand in the European market, the statement added.
