(Yicai Global) May 13 -- This year's China Brand Day opened in Shanghai on May  10. The exhibition selected nearly 200 brands to showcase the  high-quality products made in China, including Jiefang trucks, Hongdeng  radios, Seagull cameras, Shanghai watches and other domestic brands that  were once quite popular.

The  'Shanghai' watch was once a must-have for any Chinese man hoping to get  married and they could only be bought with coupons in the 1970s. They  are now equipped with multi-functional cores and have become more  fashionable and more like accessories.

The Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center performed an immersive drama  on-site. Hero Pens, Dragon and Phoenix Cheongsams and Zhou Huchen  writing brushes, which are Shanghai brands that have different  characteristics of the times, appeared throughout the show. 

Screenmaker Visionox Technology unveiled a concept car on site to showcase the company's technologies.

Beijing-based Hsinghai Piano Group made a commemorative piano for China's 70th birthday.

BAIC BJEV brought an interactive bike to generate electricity by pedaling.

The Chinese medicine shop named Tonghanchuntang was set up in 1783 during the Qing Dynasty.
