(Yicai Global)Feb. 15 -- China's banks had provided over CNY537 billion (USD76.89 billion) of credit support as of Friday noon to help companies restore production amid the fight against the novel coronavirus outbreak, a senior official with the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) said today.
Differentiated preferential financial credit supports have been offered to enterprises and the help for the areas hit hard by the novel coronavirus has been strengthened, Liang Tao, vice chairman of the CBIRC, said at a press conference.
