(Yicai Global) Sept. 4 -- Schroder Investment Management (Hong Kong) has struck a long-term agreement with Shanghai-based Bank of Communications that covers distribution, management and development of asset and wealth management products, the company announced yesterday.

The two parties embarked on cooperation in 2005 when they formed their joint venture Bank of Communications Schroder Fund Management.

This time, the expansion agreement between two adds collaboration in public and private fund management, pensions, fintech and training and knowledge exchanges.
