(Yicai Global) Nov. 19 --   The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.1percent, to 2681.9points in today's opening, while the Shenzhen Component Index opened at 8050.6 points, down 0.15 percent. The ChiNext Price Index is down 0.3 percent at 1399 points.

Special Treatment shares led the decline amid investors' concern over new delisting regulations issued last Friday.
