BlackRock, Temasek, CCB to Set Up China Financial Management JV(Yicai Global) Dec. 20 -- US-based investment manager BlackRock, Singapore sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holdings and China Construction Bank recently signed a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture wealth management company in China.
BlackRock and Temasek will take a controlling stake in the JV, China Securities Journal reported today, citing an insider.
