(Yicai Global) Nov. 24 -- Zhongkedianji Beijing Technology Ltd. a Big Data service provider has secured achieved USD15.15 million (CNY100 million) in A-round financing led by Guoxin You-E Data Ltd. and Zhikong Investment Ltd., online media outlet 36kr reported today.

The investment round increases Zhongkedianji's valuation to USD150 million (CNY1 billion).

The firm will use the proceeds for the expansion of its Big Data application platform for new industries, as well as R&D for artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain. Zhongkedianji secured CNY35 million in the pre-A round financing last year.

Zhongkedianji, founded in 2007, has rolled out two Big Data platforms successively, serving high-profile customers from a range of industries, including state-owned enterprises, governments, military organizations and other enterprises as well as individuals.

The firm owns 30 items of intellectual property rights related to software products within the sector.
