(Yicai Global) Dec. 6 -- The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics started their global recruitment of volunteers yesterday.

The organizing committee plans to enlist 27,000 of these unpaid helpers for the winter games and 12,000 for the Paralympics.

Six pictures have been chosen.

The official kick-off ceremony is held at the recently completed Beijing Winter Olympics venue Shougang ski jumping platform.
