(Yicai Global) July 18 -- Bank of Zhengzhou Co. [HKG:6196] is to apply for an initial public offering to issue up to 600 million shares to list on the A-share market, the company announced.
The bank is proposing adjusting the size of the issuance of qualified secondary capital bonds to CNY5 billion (USD746.33 million) from no more than CNY3 billion. The proposal is to be submitted to the company's extraordinary general meeting as a special proposal for deliberation and approval.
A-shares are denominated in Chinese yuan and are traded on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. Only Chinese individuals and institutions can buy them.
