(Yicai Global) Sept. 3 --  China's three major stock indexes extended yesterday's significant climbs this morning while equities related to augmented reality performed the best. 

The Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.06 percent to 2,925.94. The Shenzhen Component Index climbed 0.23 percent to 9,591.42. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, advanced 0.23 percent to 1,656.05.

AR shares led the winners with a 2.8 percent increase by 10.00 a.m. Internet companies inched up 2.1 percent. 

Shares on Shanghai's Star Market jumped over 4 percent, which was more than the eastern city's main board.
