(Yicai Global) March 25 -- All of the municipalities in Hubei province, bar Wuhan, lifted inter-province restrictions on transport at midnight today, allowing people to freely travel in and out of the region if they are at low risk of being infected with Covid-19. Wuhan hopes to lift its own limits from April 8, according to a notice from the provincial government.
