Adora Cruises: It’s Time for Domestic-Made Cruises to Set Sail

(Yicai) Sept. 23 – Since its maiden commercial voyage on Jan. 1, Adora Magic City, China’s first domestic-made cruise has done 54 voyages with nearly 220,000 Chinese and foreign passengers. According to statistics of feedback from passengers, more than 95 percent passengers were satisfied about their voyages. It can be said the cruise has won market reputation and gained economic benefits. What will Adora Cruises do next to explore further in the market?

Yicai had an interview with Yang Guobing, chairman of CSSC Cruise Technology Development and Adora Cruises days ago. He said CSSC Cruise has largely formed a business layout in cruise operation, research, development and design, as well as supply chain construction. In terms of cruise operation, CSSC Cruise set up a full-capacity cruise operation company Adora Cruises in 2018. Adora Cruises has attracted cruise talents with rich experience from all over the world for its operation team and has made great progress in marketing, product and hotel management, maritime management, and new ship supervision and construction.
