Country Garden Services' net profit surged 518% in 2024 from a year earlier to CNY1.8 billion (USD240 million), and its revenue climbed 3.2%, the Chinese private property developer's management arm said. The firm also announced a CNY500 million (USD67 million) share repurchase plan.
