Some 1,193 companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued ESG reports, sustainability reports or social responsibility reports in 2024 for the fiscal year of 2023, accounting for 52% of SSE-listed firms, the bourse said in its latest report. As of the end of 2024, there were 89 financial products tracking #ESG and other sustainability indexes and 45 green #ETFs.
