Zhang Yong has resigned as CEO of Hozon Auto, but will stay on as a consultant, as part of a strategic shakeup at the Chinese EV startup, 36Kr reported, citing the firm that owns EV brand Neta. Founder Fang Yunzhou will take over as CEO.
