China will expand its visa-free policy to visitors from Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, and Japan from this Nov. 30 to Dec. 31 next year, the foreign ministry announced today. The permitted duration of stay will also be increased to 30 days from 15.
