China will impose temporary anti-dumping measures on brandy originating from the EU from Oct. 10 by requiring importers to pay a cash deposit on purchase, the Ministry of Commerce said today. China is also mulling measures such as raising tariffs on imported high-powered fuel vehicles, said a spokesperson.
