Chinese shopping and delivery platform Meituan has created two new business divisions, according to a report by 36Kr today that cited an internal email by CEO Wang Xing. Software and Hardware Services will integrate its SaaS, bike-sharing, and powerbank operations, while Grocery Retail will consolidate its restaurant supply chain and grocery-related businesses. Meituan has also officially named its international operations as Keeta.
