The first meeting of the three Supervisory Boards was held on January 14, 2025. Notice of this meeting was made in January 2025

On the 7th, it was sent to all supervisors by phone and email. There should be 3 supervisors present at the meeting, and 3 supervisors actually attended the meeting, and the meeting was presided over by Ms. Zou Fei, chairman of the board of supervisors. The convening and convening procedures of the meeting comply with the provisions of relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association of the company, and the resolutions of the meeting are legal and valid.

2. Deliberations of the Board of Supervisors

(1) Reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Electing the Chairman of the Third Board of Supervisors of the Company"

The company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Re-election of the Board of Supervisors of the Company and the Election of Non-employee Representative Supervisors of the Third Board of Supervisors", and elected Zou Fei and Huang Chen as non-employee representative supervisors of the third board of supervisors of the company. The company's employee congress elected Dai Shiyun as the employee representative supervisor of the third board of supervisors, and the third board of supervisors of the company has been established. Zou Fei is hereby elected as the chairman of the third board of supervisors for a term of three years.
