(Yicai Global) Dec. 1 -- Shanghai Disney Resort will open a Toy Story-themed attraction by next summer.

It will join Mickey Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Adventure Isle, Tomorrowland and Treasure Cove as the resort's seventh theme park area. It will feature three new rides based on main Toy Story characters -- Woody, Buzz, Slinky Dog and Rex.

Shanghai Disney Resort began welcoming guests in June last year. It had received 27 million visitors as of the end of October.
