(Yicai Global) June 7 -- Chinese All Digital Publishing Group has signed a three-year framework agreement pledging to cooperate with Beijing Kuaishou Technology.
Kuaishou’s data analysis capabilities and huge user base and the rich intellectual property content resources of Chinese All will allow the Beijing-based parties to redevelop, disseminate and promote their existing content using each other’s resources and capabilities to add greater luster to their lineup, the latter said.
They will enlarge the influence of their respective brands and do better brand promotion by integrating their channel resources, it said. The agreement contains no details as to the parties’ future cooperation, and thus predicting its effect on their operating performance is impossible.
Among the largest copyrighted digital content providers in China, Chinese All has more than 4 million digital content resources and 3.7 million writers on its original internet-based literature platform. The company develops and promotes film and television, games, animations and sound books to enhance its pan-entertainment ecosystem.
Formed in 2011, Kuaishou is China’s largest short-video platform. It has 700 million registered users, 15 million short video uploads per day, and 120 million daily active users (DAU), who spend an average of over 60 minutes watching short videos on it each day, its own data shows.
